Return of goods
We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase other than Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. Simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item minus 50% handling charge.
If the return is due to an error we have made with your engraving [photo or text] we will gladly refund the delivery charges and remake the item. Please see contact details below for advice.
